The absence of welds ensures that there are no porosities and that the annealed valve body has no dead zones where product can be trapped. It also provides added body strength and reliability. Stream and clean The double-seat, Unique mixproof valves from Alfa Laval enable you to stream two different products through the same valve at the same time. Alternatively, you can clean one process while the other is still running without any fear of cross contamination. One mixproof valve can, in fact, do the job of two single-seat valves, saving space and installation costs, and providing unmatched system flexibility.
