Clean In Place

The Alfa Laval SRU rotary lobe pump with universal mounting provides highly efficient pumping over wide-ranging viscosities and is suitable for CIP operations. This means that you can maintain peak operation for longer periods of time, and reduce your overall labor and maintenance costs.

The Alfa Laval SX rotary lobe pump is the optimum solution for ultra-clean processes, for example in the biopharm industry. With its efficient, front-loading primary seal options and unique selfcleaning rotor retention device, this pump offers maximum hygiene integrity.

Self-priming for gassy liquids

The MR series of liquid ring pumps provides a number of options for pumping liquids containing gases. The liquid ring is self-priming when at least half filled with liquid, enabling it to pump from a suction line partly filled with air, and making Alfa Laval MR pumps ideal as return pumps in CIP systems.
